Cancellation Policies:
Free cancellation 72 hours before check-in time for online bookings.
A 50% fee is charged for cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in for online reservations.
No refunds for cancellations on the day of check-in or payments made by bank transfer, deposit, or cash. Postponement to another date is possible with prior notification via email, 72 hours in advance.

RESERVATION CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be requested by calling +504 2630-5535 or +504 2630-5561 at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date at the hotel, providing your confirmation code(s). Reservations made on the day of arrival will not be eligible for changes or cancellations, and a "No Show" charge will be applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. This charge corresponds to one night's stay plus taxes per room (hereinafter, the "No Show" charge).
Regardless of the number of nights reserved, if the change or cancellation is not made within the aforementioned time and manner, or if the Guest does not arrive on the check-in date, a "No Show" charge will be applied. 3. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card in the Guest's name or a deposit equal to the total amount payable for the stay. If the reservation is not guaranteed, the Hotel will not be obligated to honor it. The Hotel will perform a pre-verification with the credit card issuer 24 hours prior to the Guest's arrival. If this pre-verification is not approved, the reservation will be considered unguaranteed, and the Hotel will not be obligated to honor the stay. 4. The credit card provided when making the reservation will only serve as a guarantee for the reservation. Therefore, upon check-in, the Guest must provide the corresponding form of payment. For payments made with credit or debit cards, the cardholder must present their bank card and official photo identification. 5. If payment is not made at the time of the guest's check-in or if the guest does not comply with the provisions of the previous point, it will be interpreted as a no-show and will result in a "No Show" charge under the same terms as the following point. 6. For stays of more than one night, if the guest does not arrive at the Hotel on the date and time established for check-in, the "No Show" charge will be applied only for the first night of the reserved room plus taxes to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. The remainder of the stay will be automatically canceled. GUARANTEES Only a credit card, bank deposit, and/or voucher will be required as a guarantee. If the guarantee is provided by cash deposit, it will take effect the business day following the date on which the deposit is reflected in the Hotel's bank account. In the case of check deposits, the guarantee will take effect the business day following the date on which the check has been successfully cashed and credited to the Hotel's bank account. In the case of offers, discounts, or coupons, the Hotel may indicate that the transaction is "non-refundable." In that case, the cancellation policy will not apply. The maximum occupancy will depend on the room type booked; no more people than the room's capacity will be allowed. Children over 2 years old are counted as part of the occupancy.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM. If your room is available before 3:00 PM, we will be happy to accommodate you immediately. Otherwise, we will store your luggage and provide towels so you can relax on the beach in the meantime. Late check-out requests must be confirmed by our reception team and are subject to room availability. Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless you book a Family Cabin or Presidential Suite. All offers are valid individually per reservation and cannot be combined. A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be charged to your credit card for the entire duration of your stay. This deposit will be refunded or credited to your account upon check-out. The minimum age for check-in is 18. Minors are not permitted unless accompanied by their parents or guardians. Identification must be presented at check-in, even for minors (passport or birth certificate). Swimwear is required in the pools. We recommend that all our guests purchase travel insurance in case of flight cancellations, especially during hurricane season. LIABILITY POLICY: For individual reservations only. For group reservations, please contact our reservations office. Any delays or cancellations during vacations or events due to illness, medical and hospital expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler. The hotel is not responsible for any other expenses, evacuations, or inconveniences caused by a tropical storm or hurricane, or any event beyond our control, including acts of nature (e.g., hurricanes, landslides, floods, and earthquakes). Please see our travel insurance recommendation to avoid any inconvenience regarding the above situations. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or national emergencies beyond the hotel's control, there are no refunds. However, the reservation payment will be applied to a new reservation with the updated dates (valid for up to one year). No rescheduling fees will apply. This policy does not apply to group bookings. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left in the room or for losses incurred on hotel premises.
